Event Policies:

Room Rental: $1000.00 per day (Conference Center.)

You are welcome to bring alcohol - Wine (blush or white,) champagne, or beer on site to be served. You can hire us to serve your alcohol beverages at $20.00 per hour, or you may designate one person to serve your alcohol beverage.

Caterers by prior approval only. Please check with us before booking your caterer.

You can hire us to serve your guests. ($15.00 per wait staff, one wait staff per 15 guests, two hour minimum.)

Capacity of 70 inside. Larger groups can be tented. Tent rental starts at $1500.

All services will be charged a 7.3% sales tax.

To reserve your date, a deposit of $100 is required within a week of booking. Fifty percent is due two weeks before event date. Final payment is due at the conclusion of your event. Payments are nonrefundable if cancelled two weeks or less of event date.
